TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms of Service: Commission Art

  • ❌Do not trace or repurpose the artwork in a way that attempts to remove my credit.

  • ❌Do not use for NFTs or any type of AI learning/generation.

  • ❌Please do not use for commercial use without prior discussion. I'm 100% happy to discuss commercial use with you, please just DM me <3

  • ✅ Feel free to recrop or apply filters, draw over the top of [please state + credit me for the base image], etc etc, just don't attempt to scribble out or remove my signature.

  • ✅Art obtained through art trades can be valued at my commission prices.

  • ✅ Feel free to print the artwork on whatever for personal use.

  • ✅ Ask for updates on your commission whenever, please just be patient <3

  • ❇️ As the producer of the artwork, I reserve the right to use the image in my gallery or as an example for future commissions. If you do not wish your image to be posted anywhere, please let me know as soon as possible.

  • ✴️ In some commissions I may send several 'thumbnail' sketches. Thumbnail sketches that aren't used in your commission may be reused in future works.

Terms of Service: Custom Designs

  • ❌ Custom Designs may not be resold for a higher price than they were bought for unless additional art is added.

  • ❌Designs may not be bought with the sole purpose of reselling.

  • ❌Don't claim my design as yours, lol. Credits appreciated whenever possible.

  • ❌Designs that have been awarded for free may not be resold unless the buyer has purchased artwork for the design in question, then it may be resold only for the value of the art.

  • ✅The buyer may make any kind of alteration to the design, however, no matter the changes, I will remain the creator of the design. [Redesigns are more than okay!]

  • ✅As the producer of the design, I reserve the right to repost and publish artwork to promote myself, to display where I like and to post wherever I like.

  • ✅Designs that have been awarded for free may be traded for other characters.

  • ✅Purchased designs may be used commercially in the form of stickers and badges. [Please contact me beforehand, my original art cannot be used commercially without prior discussion. Feel free to commission or draw your own art of the design to use commercially.]
